Screed types for Dubai
Sand and cement screed — traditional, 4-7 cm thick, drying time 28 days. Self-levelling compound — thin layer 3-10 mm over existing screed, dries in 24-48 hours. Dry screed KNAUF — fast installation, suits minor level differences.

Sand and cement: 35-60 AED per m2. Self-levelling: 45-70 AED per m2. Dry screed: 55-85 AED per m2. 80 m2 apartment: 2800-5600 AED labour.
